The infamous Queen of Hearts is a memorable female character in the book Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. This royal woman has a really bad temper. When any person did anything she dislikes, even the slightest offense, she issues a death sentence.

So I like to wear costumes to geek conventions and stuff, and I wanted to go as the queen of hearts, and my boyfriend would be king, but he said we shouldn’t do Hearts cuz it’s been done in Alice in Wonderland.
Then one of our great friends decided that she wanted to come too and be an interesting character. Anyway we can’t decide what costume she shall wear. I’m also concerned about finding the fabric to make the costumes. A diamond pattern fabric would probably be easiest to find, but we’re not sure that that’s what we want to do.
